SOBA NOODLES, RED ONIONS and BRUSSELS SPROUTS:
So quick, so yummy! Enjoy this sweet tasting entree.
Serves: 3 || Prep Time: 10 minutes || Cook Time: 10 minutes
1 red onion sliced
1 (9 1/2-ounce) package soba noodles, lo sodium (or your favorite pasta)
1/4 cup water to sauté
1 (12-ounce) frozen package Brussels sprouts or fresh, steam (or your favorite greens)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce lo sodium
1/2 teaspoon tamari sauce lo sodium
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger minced

Soba Noodles, Red Onions and Brussels Sprouts

This recipe is so easy and tasty, prepare in less than 1/2 hour!
Steam the Brussels sprouts. In a non-stick skillet, sauté onions in a bit of water until translucent. Cook the soba noodles following package directions (boil 4 minutes) then rinse. In the skillet add remaining ingredients to onions, stir and heat.
